Human beings are designed to be enduring. The more enduring we are, the more resilient we can be in life. These sessions will increase VO2 max, improve endurance, aerobic and lactate thresholds by running, rowing, biking (erg), skiing (erg) and bodyweight training.
Training for aerobic and anaerobic fitness. These sessions are mostly programmed at high intensity but designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, functional movement, endurance and co-ordination. We train with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, incorporating rowing, running, skipping, gymnastics, core, resistance and interval training.
We believe that building a strong base is essential for progression in training. In these sessions we work at a lower intensity and focus on moving safely and correctly under load. Targeting the three primary movements - Squat, Deadlift and the Press, we also like to incorporate gymnastics, core strength and some Olympic Lifting.
Get stronger, faster and more efficient in your lifts. This session is dedicated to working on the two Olympic Lifts - Snatch and Clean & Jerk, plus all the components and variations that go with them. You will develop power, speed, co-ordination and stability and discover athleticism you didn't know you had. We incorporate Strongman-style training in this timeslot at least once a month, which helps in building grip strength, power output and a strong core.
Partner workout. Fun but challenging! Don’t stress if you don’t have a buddy - we got you covered.
A lighter version of our regular Crossfit sessions. Crossfit Lite is the perfect class for new starters and anybody looking to get in shape, move better and have more energy. The workouts will consist of functional movements at light to moderate loads, bodyweight movements and endurance training WITHOUT the complex and heavy lifting. SIMPLE & FUN!

Designed for members to attend and work on anything they wish. Whether it be strength, mobility, gymnastics, conditioning, or the workout prescribed for the day. Please note that these sessions are not coached, but there will always be someone there to supervise.
Similar to Open Gyms. There will always be a workout to follow and usually one that everybody tackles together - solo, pairs or teams. These sessions are a great chance for the coaches to jump in and train with the crew, and the crew to train with the coaches.
Impact offers specialised coaching, subject to availability. These one on one sessions will be tailored to suit individual needs and designed to progress you in the areas of your choice. We do however, encourage existing members and new members to join in as many regular class sessions as possible first. This will give you the best idea on what areas you wish to work on.
