CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

*All of our classes require a pre-requisite. You must have prior experience in CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, high volume and high Intensity workloads.

CROSSFIT

For the first half of these sessions, we work at a lower intensity and focus on moving safely and correctly under load. Targeting the three primary movements - Squat, Deadlift and the Press, the 2 Olympic Lifts (Clean & Jerk and Snatch), Gymnastics progressions and Core Strength. We believe that building a strong base is essential for progression in training, sports and in life.

The second half of the session is mostly programmed at high intensity and is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, functional movement patterns, endurance, skill, and co-ordination. We train with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, incorporating rowing, running, skipping, gymnastics, core, resistance and interval training.
